Prevacuuming is very important. If you have dust, animal or human hair, objects etc... on the surface this will only turn to soil when water is added to this mix.

We strongly request that you prevacuum before we deep clean your carpets. 90% of the time prevacuuming is not required it's obvious if it's needed or not. We charge extra because it takes longer for us to clean, so we give you the option of passing the regular vacuum before we arrive.

ARE YOU A PET OWNER?

We use two chemicals one for killing the bacteria (Microban) and one for getting out the yellow stain. (Urine Stain Remover) You can choose to use one or both of them.

MICROBAN

Microban is a chemical we use for pet problems.

It protects against germs and odors on virtually any surface. Anti-microbial action kills allergy
and disease causing germs, bacteria, fungi, mold and mildew. Suitable for hospital and health care
institutions, animal care facilities, etc. Used in operating rooms, labs, morgues, shower stalls.
Excellent for decontaminating textiles, mattresses, bedding, etc. May be fogged into air ducts to
help prevent spread of airborne bacteria and odors.

URINE STAIN REMOVER

Use for difficult urine spots. This amazing products works while you rest. If normal cleaning
and neutralization fail to remove the urine stain, spray it with full strength urine stain remover.
Allow it to work for 3-8 hours while you're gone and the stain will disappear.
